Alas, Bernie is right. Another example is Twitter’s San Fran office, which has begun to stink — literally — because Musk fired the striking janitors and the genius snowflakes have no idea how to clean up after themselves.
That’s an opportunity. Recognition to the snowflakes who self-organize to simply clean up after themselves.
AGAIN: MUSK DID NOT FIRE ANY JANITORS.
NONE of those janitors were on Musk’s PAYROLL.
MUSK did NOT sign their paychecks.
They worked for a cleaning company that provided cleaning services for MUSK.
MUSK cut down the TWITTER staff at that location-—drastically-—THOSE were MUSK employees.
48 janitors were being used.
That number got cut to 28 after staff reductions of TWITTER/MUSK employees.
When MUSK leaves Calif completely—the new number will be ZERO. HE has a right to have his business wherever he wishes-—and HE WILL LEAVE CALIF.
Janitors (SEIU) were pissed.
They tried to sue MUSK——MUSK was NOT their employer of record.
That lawsuit went nowhere.
Then they tried striking against their real employer-—a cleaning company.
MANY companies that were in the Bay area have left Calif completely. I can imagine that janitors are not needed in EMPTY commercial facilities.
IF many of us get EVs & no longer patronize gas stations-—Do you think for one little minute those gas station employees who were downsized can sue those drivers who switched to EVs????
MEDIA has NEVER reported this correctly.
The overall IQ of today’s media is disgusting. I wouldn’t hire them to stack bales of hay or clean horse pens.
I especially liked the comment about ‘body odor’....
Since when do janitors monitor THAT???
