To: The_Media_never_lie

How is that not protected speech under the first amendment? The SCOTUS needs to rule that “hate speech”, as written and applied, is void for vagueness.

The 1st Amendment applies to citizens and government, not to your workplace.
I can’t call my boss a faggot and keep my job. I won’t be prosecuted and I’m free to say it, but they’re free to end my employment with them.

First Amendment: The Government shall make no law.......the Government, not the TV critics or MSM, the government!

It’s not the government (for once) punishing him, it’s his employer.

And, while he has the right to say whatever he wants, he’s not free from the consequences.

Now, frankly, he should be given a raise for mentioning a HUGE INVASION OF PEOPLE on national TV, but that’s just my opinion.
