Washington is a 21 state for drinking. Idaho is 18. So a bunch of Wasu’s come to Moscow to suck suds. Many can’t handle it. Been there. Seen it. Adjusted the attitudes of a few my own self.
At 28 this guy is old enough to be a Vet and still have done a 4 year degree. Might explain the knife skill set. But I hope not.
He was in a PhD program that would have involved six or seven years at least, so more than likely no military.
