There should be a way for them to sue Biden himself, or at least only include those who voted for him. Those who object to these policies should not be sued just because we are US taxpayers.
It would help if Congress attached criminal penalties for violating laws like this. Something along the lines of 5 years in a Federal penitentiary and a $200,000 fine for any Federal official, up to and including the President, who violates the statute.
