“Ukraine and the west will never accept. Nope.”

Agree that the West will never accept the annexation, but Russia knows that.

The REAL GOAL of Russia is the other 85% of the world who HAVE NOT imposed ‘sanctions’. They are either on the fence (the vast majority of them), or openly pro-Russia.

Those countries will have to make a choice, either support the Globalist-imposed suicide of the West (no more fuels, no more meat, eating bugs, grooming of kids, etc.), or line up with Russia, which doesn’t impose any of that crap on others.

Not often i agree with you but here I do... To a point.

A further angle on this is, the principled opposition to unilateral invasion of sovereign countries that is fundamental to the basis of all post-WW2 international cooperation.

If Russia’s invasions and annexations were ever accepted as a legal fact by the UN General Assembly (no matter what bullshit excuse Russia presents for doing it in the girst place) then every other country with a Lebensraum fetish or a neighbor with useful natural assets would have a precedent for invading its neighbors.

A lot of countries that won’t take sides on Russia vs Ukraine do so specifically because they don’t want to enable or antagonise a more powerful country.

It stands to reason they’ll never back the annexations for the simple reason it’d legitimise the very thing that they cannot afford to greenlight.
