Whether or not you like Russia, they must have a fantastic misinformation system in play. The had the entire western media and maybe NATO believing they had exhausted their missile inventory.
Also considering the negotiations ended with no sign of stopping this war....not surprising Putin beefed things up.....and considering Medevev (former Russian Pres. ) is now officially head of the Military complex in Russia....and he just met with China's XI.....would point to evidencing they were all in agreement on this latest barrage no doubt along with Putin.
