You have a misapprehension of the Court’s duties and powers.
No I don’t. You or I should be able to file a lawsuit that the Federal government is violating its constitutional and legal obligations and if our lawsuit gets to the SC then they should rule as such because they are. And it should be that simple to shut down all this illegal immigration.
Of course they should stick to penumbras and such.
