That’s weird. The lady next door has plotted the demise of flies at great length. She has different strategies for different situations (and has told me all about it). Flies don’t fare any better over here at my house.
Maybe you look like you enjoy the hunt, and they don’t want to ruin the fun?
And no, I don't ‘’enjoy the hunt’’. Bugs don't belong indoors.
I do admire spiders though. They kill flies. And I like centipedes. They kill roaches.
Fortunately though cockroaches are not a problem where I live, certainly not in my house.
What I do enjoy immensely and off the subject is playing my drums.
