Obviously this is a government (taxpayer) funded exercise to prove what men and women have known since the garden;

Men don't see the guile of a woman, the woman is easily misled, the man blames it on the woman You gave me, and the woman spends all of her life on earth pleasing someone else and for the most part, actually likes it, believes it's her duty and man is never required to look in/at things he just doesn't want to.
