How awful to have planned rolling blackouts in the 21st century in the days leading up to Christmas. Please let us know the situation that prompted these rolling blackouts.
I have lived here since 1970. This is the first time I can ever remember rolling blackouts. And, we’ve had weather worse than this in the past. My gut tells me it has to do with green energy. We have also seen a huge population increase from the Northeast. I hardly recognize my community any longer.
