A blessed and Merry Christmas to all. It’s a very different Christmas for us this year with dad in the hospital/rehab. All the ‘extras’ get stripped off and it’s down to the brass tacks of the ‘reason for the season’. We are blessed he’s still with us. I read him Luke 2: 1-20 before I left for the evening. No chance to go to a Christmas Eve service, but my brother & his wife did and brought me/mom the bulletin. My SIL made dinner for us last night so we did have some family time - the best gift of all, other than the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. :-)
