Manipulating a printer to reduce or enlarge an image so that it cannot possibly be read by tabulators programmed for a specific size is intentional. If a judge doesn’t understand that, then he’s a stupid person.

All of the affected ballots were ultimately tabulated. I’m just pointing out what the law required Lake to prove in order to win her case, and the judge determined that the evidence did not support her claims.

He is not stupid, he just depends on voters being stupid and so far he is Ok.
