And yes, judges at certain levels are controlled and are conditioned to set barriers and stumbling blocks for litigants not favored by those who have maneuvered their way into ruling circles, for example organized crime syndicates of which rules Maricopa (history tracing from mobster Meyer Lansky, to Bronfman Family, to father and uncle of Cindy Hensley (McCain).
