He’s an actual, and brilliant attorney from Arizona I’ve been following for years. His channel was originally apolitical, and I just followed it for his legal analysis of huge things in the news, which he covers every day, but he leans pretty hard right now.
He’s been very unimpressed on Kari’s lawyer.

Which one? Do you know which one? The long-haired one was terrible. The other seemed with of OK. But they both did a half-assed job and didn’t follow through on witnesses’ answers.
The last time I saw Kari on War Room she said they were hurting for help. She half-joking said they’d take Better Call Saul.
All of them. He went from questioning their mistakes at first, to being dismayed with their ineptitude, to eventually just just treating them almost if they weren’t even there, they were so ineffective.
One of the obvious examples was, right after they had the computer expert testify that someone must have written a script to change the printer settings. But no effort was ever even made to try to establish who even had the access or knowledge to even make such a change.
You don’t have to be a lawyer to know that’s the very core of the case, I even posted that here myself, saying let’s see those access logs then! But Lake’s team didn’t even ask the question, much less take a deep look. That’s the type of proof you need to win a case like this, so not even pursuing it at all makes no sense.

Exactly!! Only system admins or similar have permissions to do that.
Also, long-hair attorney asked Richer if he had organized a PAC specifically to take down Kari Lake. (He did do that.) Richer answered, “No”. NO FOLLOW-UP! NO EVIDENCE TO DESTROY THE TESTIMONY!! You have to wonder if these guys were working for the other team all the time.
Yes, we talked about that earlier, and he just completely let it go, and never followed up at any point later.
Too much time was wasted on the pollster Baris too. There’s no hard evidence ever going to come from testimony like that, it was mostly just celebrity opinion from someone not actually involved in the process in question.
To summarize, it was mostly superficial interviews of figureheads, more that the soldiers on the ground where a smoking gun might be found. Hopefully they’ll have more hard evidence at the appeal.

Exactly. He should have refrained from using the phrase, “In my opinion”. It automatically discounts any evidence he could provide. (The info he provided actually has been successfully used in other election cases. Not this one, though.)
Also, when he disparaged professional people with college degrees he sure didn’t make any points with lawyers. He was a waste of a lot of time.
This is partially correct. There was more voter suppression and a way to divert legally cast ballots into a black box. I’m sure there was illegal votes cast but voter fraud is not the right term and we should correct this.
I hate Arizona.
Brnovich is finishing has last term. He’s being replaced by the equally worthless Kris Mayes who “defeated” Abe Hamadeh by 143 votes.
