KINGMAN, Ariz. (3TV/CBS 5/AP) — A Mohave County judge has denied Republican Abe Hamadeh’s challenge. Judge Lee F. Jantzen ruled quickly after closing arguments wrapped up, saying in part: “The bottom line is you just haven’t proven your case.”
The short-lived trial began Friday morning to challenge of his narrow defeat to Democrat Kris Mayes in the Arizona attorney general’s race. Hamadeh, who lost by 511 votes, alleges in his lawsuit that problems with printers in Maricopa County led to issues involving disenfranchised voters.
Earlier this week, the Mohave County Superior Court judge ruled that Hamadeh’s lawsuit could move forward on four of five counts, which makes claims that some provisional voters were excluded, provisional and early ballots were disqualified, there were unverified early ballots and that tabulation machine problem resulted in rejected ballots because voters didn’t fill them out correctly. The count that was dismissed alleged that illegal votes were counted for unverified early ballots.
Initially, he ruled Hamadeh’s case was different from other GOP counterparts because Hamadeh didn’t allege “fraud or personal agendas being pushed” in his lawsuit. Instead, he claimed mistakes by election officials led to a miscount of votes that could’ve affected the outcome of a narrow attorney general race. The race saw Democrat Kris Mayes come out on top by just over 500 votes, but the race has gone to an automatic recount since it’s within a 0.5% margin.

What a meaningless statement. Why did you waste the data bits?
Picked by McCain Republican, Jan Brewer.
Exactly...a McCain Republican? A Uniparty Republican?
Interesting that this case was heard in Mohave County where 80 percent or so of the folks vote Republican.
Perhaps the judge figured he needed to pacify the frustration of the local residents.
I guessed ahead of time that he would rule against Hamadeh today on Friday going into Christmas.
I had it right on the money.
Stay tuned for further developments on this Friday going into Christmas.
That is next week I have a December 29th date I recall reading that is next Thursday.
“Judge Lee F. Jantzen is a Republican.”
So are Ducey, Richer, Bill Gates, and almost everybody whose goal it was to take out Kari Lake.
Yes, of course. It doesn’t happen by accident. The party line went out and they have to toe that line.
thanks
“Quality Control” in elections. It’s all the topic around the Beltway. McConnell is the lead champion.

This is going to the AZ Supreme Court. As will Lake’s when she doesn’t prevail.
Judge Peter Thompson’s JD came from BYU. He was voted 72% retention by the public in 2020, so Maricopa is going to get what they asked for.
Your point? Maybe he is a McCain Republican or a Rino Republican. Democrats have no monopoly on corruption.
Certainly does not build confidence in a good ruling for Lake. Of course the real blame lies with all those Supremes that Trump got on the bench then refused to look at any evidence that would have been heard in the Texas case.
The thing is people are just not prepared to accept that there are very powerful people that control more of our lives than we do and they really want to reduce the world population. Sadly that is something that the medical community is more in tune with than we want to believe.
So is Mitch McConnel and Mitt Romney.

They wear different color jerseys for us and the cameras.
Once in the locker room, those jerseys come off and underneath they’re all wearing black Deep State t-shirts.
The rats learned in 18 and 20 it is almost impossible to delay an election “result”
after the Polls close Let alone change one. And of course the worthless GOP will not lift a finger to help
Same as how “late discovered” ballots always break overwhelmingly Democrat.
