That actually depends on Russia. If they fully liberate Ukraine, then it’s up to Russia to rebuild it (and hopefully, for once, de-Nazify it). If not, we’ll have to split the bill. As to the cost to Russia, they’re picking up enough resources there to finance the rebuild, so they won’t have a problem paying for it.
And my guess on the profits American oil companies will make in Ukraine after the war? One to two trillion over 10-20 years.
