I think that was Dr. Jolley (sp) ? Was that him? His name pops up a lot in of the nexus between massive government mind control experiments with L.S.D. in the 1950s and 1960s.
Still, the fact remains everybody knew Ruby was crazy as a loon prior to Nov. 63
