Grant Wahl was 49 when he died. So he was almost 50. A good number of men get a heart attack when they turn 50. It happens.
You're talking about young people under 40 dying suddenly. A lot of that is due to fentayl.

A lot of it could have something to do with the “vax” everyone was insanely pressured to take that doesn’t appear to do what it is advertised to do.

Bet he was vaxxed and boosted to the max. And no, a "good number" of healthy, fit 49 year-olds drop dead of a heart attack. Most likely a statistically-insignificant number.
