A CCW permit holder huh. So what, now one has to be approved by the state before one can exercise the right to defend themselves with a firearm? That is so EFFED. The Second Amendment gives everyone the right to bear arms for self defense and in defense of this country. States CCW laws that require one to have a permit are contrary to the original intent of the Second Amendment and therefore are legally unenforceable. Only a bought and paid for AG, DA and a crooked bought and paid for judge would prosecute anyone who defends themselves in a deadly assault case such as this one. Tried by 12 or carried by 6, take your pick. But it’s the law. Eff that, it’s my life.

The right to keep and bear arms is an inalienable right, not a right bestowed by any law or government. The Second Amendment makes clear that the government, or anyone else, shall not infringe on it.
