Yes. Right now the profit incentive to mutilate children and mentally troubled adults overwhelms any ethical concerns for far too many doctors and hospitals. Money talks - sue the holy hell out of these doctors and hospitals, and they may finally stop to ask whether the patient is even capable of making rational decisions about removing perfectly healthy body parts.
