Looks more Like MI6 or CIA did the deed with a Ukraine cover. They couldn’t have done this without help. This is not cool and will simple gain more public support for Putin at home. If The Russian People feel threatened they will unify around the government. Look to see more retaliation in a day or so. This propaganda raid will fuel the Rah-rah Ukraine can not lose people but will it cause the Russians to desert Putin?
Russia is already rallied behind Putin.
My guess is the Ukrainians did this largely on their own.
The risks are high but then again their country already is devastated. They are in full war mode.
