The 9th and 10th Amendments are worth keeping in mind when interpreting Trump’s comment. Just because no specific remedy for the theft of a Presidential election is spelled out in the Constitution doesn’t me when lose our right to by governed by our own consent. I don’t know exactly how one would or should go about annulling a stolen Presidential election but the idea that we have no right to do so goes against the foundations of the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.
Generally the Courts are supposed to be the balance that prevents the system from going out of whack. Our federal judiciary is failing us.
