The Republicans need to frame the issue better. Each state gets to decide if they want to have abortion. It is legal in New York and California. In Florida, it is legal up to 20 weeks, I believe.
True that. When Lindsey Graham pushed that abortion-banning legislation, the states-to-decide argument went right out the window. Like it or not, abortion is highly popular in this country and anyone who gets between an American woman and her favorite abortionist is taking his life in his hands.
