I read a story about how mail-in ballots were used to cheat and I don’t remember the source.
The story was that a county or maybe it was a state mass mailed out ballots to their data base (not just registered voters) having changed the zip code on a certain number. After mailing, the zip codes were changed back to the original. The ballots with changed zip codes were “returned to sender” with incorrect addresses and set aside for election night.
On election night after the counting was nearing completion and the conspirators knew how many votes were needed to win, paused the process, marked 31,000 ballots and “found” them to be counted.
I was in a hurry this morning and failed make note of the source. Did anyone else on FR see such a story and recall more detail and publisher???
