Can you excuse me whilst I scratch my head a minute? Did you read the same article I just did? It said Texas, which has elected many liberal Democrat governors over the years, to take one example, has stomped all over abortion at the polls as if it were an emply orange-juice carton.
I have to imagine we might learn a thing or two--besides quivering terror--from this victory and how to replicate the transferable elements elsewhere.
I think our idea is to win.
Abortion will appear on the ballot one day here in Texas. There will be a huge campaign to get people to the polls. And I’m sure there will be plenty of questionable antics in the counting of the votes.
