But I was amazed at how flaky the whole field is. What's a disorder today becomes the new normal tomorrow. No absolutes. Nothing concrete.
I concluded it's a useless field and if someone truly has a mental illness, they're as likely to cope on their own as to go to one of those quacks.

The teachings and teachers in the schools and universities today are blind to their own prejudices. They can’t see where their views are way off the mark. I think most of these people go along with the “program” because they feel if they don’t, they will be cancelled. The problem is then they start to believe in what they are teaching and saying. They are brainwashing themselves.
But of course it was there from the beginning. Lots of commies in Sigmund Freud’s circle way back when.
