That can explain success in general, but it doesn’t explain why some groups tend to achieve success in certain areas more than others. Asians are nearly as high achieving as Jewish people, yet you don’t see as many high-powered Asian lawyers, for example. So there is something more than IQ alone that biases groups more towards one profession or the other.
