All I have left in my line is my daughter and my grandson. They are both jabbed. They did not discuss it with me, but knew how I felt about it.
My first wife died in 2018, we had been married 47 years. My son died 7 years ago.
During the peak of the Covid, I married again. Neither my new wife or I took the injection and we will not.
It is now clear, this has never been about public health.
It did not pass the smell test to begin with, so there was no danger that I would take it.
I talked a pregnant niece out of the jab ... all the OBs in the practice where she was going put incredible pressure on her, but thank goodness, she held firm. Her SIL got the shots - deaf baby, cardiac/seizure issues.
My folks are not jabbed. Both of my siblings are & all of their kids except for that one niece. Everyone I consider a friend is jabbed - one just had surgery for a cancer that recurred from 18 years ago, quite a few are “suddenly” having heart issues where they had none before. They seem to be constantly sick with every respiratory bug that comes along and they seem to be sicker with each successive ‘bug’. Just about all have had multiple cases of COVID. The prayer list at church is growing quickly.
Anyway, what’s done is done & we’ll have to find a way to deal with it - I suspect the country/world is going to look more like a dystopian novel as time goes on.

It was obviously hysteria-driven. That was pretty apparent after just a couple of weeks.
