It’s not mRNA, it’s adenovirus; however, it still give you a whopping dose of the spike protein. Steve Kirsch (love him or hate him) says one J&J is worse than 2 Pfizers. Captain Snow, the pilot who had a cardiac arrest 6 minutes after landing his plane, had 1 J&J .... he got it for the same reason most people got it - one & done (or so they thought). Both of my brothers got J&J ... one got a “hot lot” shot ... top 3 lots for adverse effects/death among J&J lots. The other got a 2nd J&J as a “booster” ... so far, he seems ok.

Pfizer/Moderna inject artificial mRNA into you, which then hijacks your cells to make the spike proteins and get attacked by your immune system.
JnJ uses an adenovirus to get into your cells, to minject DNA instructions to force the cell to create the mRNA to then do the same thing as above.
