I generally don’t gram people as tards. It’s personally offensive to me but I understand the allegorical use of it. I just think it’s kind of gauche and crude and would to think of nothing else I am a little more erudite than to use hackneyed low thought phrases. I decided a while ago I just didn’t like it.

I actually don’t think you are anything but intelligent. I think you argue your position with passion and better than most. I also think you are pretty good at the banter. Sparring with you is challenging on a good way

I just think your positions are wrong. I get the fact that both your position and my position people are quick to frame either as conspiracy driven. But I hold our hope at least some of us can get past the Pavlovian arguments.

There is no question covid vaccinations were perfect. I think the first several generations were pretty decent and I am convinced they stopped critical disease. I think the current bivalent is crappy and I don’t recommend it. I can see it for what it is.

But I can also see the HCQ and IVM as not effective. Believe me when it first emerged and then through delta lots of us there everything at the wall praying something would stick. I think that monoclonals were a Godsend and saved many. In a rational world it was also given to high risk people for passive immunity that was pretty good for 90 days. So I could have envisioned those who didn’t want vaccine had a prophylaxis that was quite efficacious. But by then there were so many people cemented to their position that there was zero hope either side would evolve with the data. The government and fauci certainly hurt the conversation by being heavy handed.

I actually think there is a lot of validity to vitamin deficiency issues and have adopted treating that adjunct to primary therapies which seem to give better results synergistically.

I think probably it was an artificial virus that got out. I think it was illegal gain of function with an escape accident not designed and release on purpose but I am open to that it could have been.

But on the flip side there are only a very few true believers in what I perceive to be your side. It’s the same suspects (mercola, tenpenny, the cardiologist l) and a whole lot of 15 minutes of fame seekers. I think that the speed of social media has proven that rumor is halfway around the world before truth has its running shoes on so there is the information distribution problem. But in the other side I would rather have that and work to tell the truth than information controlled.

It’s a hell of a mess for sure. But the actual epidemiology and medicine is pretty straight forward and has behaved exactly as theories have predicted. But discernment of the truth is rare. But I think you make an honest attempt to discern.
