“Spic” is actually pretty weak too. Seems to be a mash-up of hisSPanIC.
I knew some idiot that was insulted by “Brit”, considering it the same as the wartime alleged pejorative “Jap”. Neither of which are really insulting, just abbreviations of their proper name.
