I disagree he never had a chance. I know a Dr. whose father was the town drunk. He rose above that. here’s others who have determined to rise above their parents poor decisions and have a good life.
His problem was he never moved out of mommy’s home and had to fend for himself. But then i doubt if he ever would have.
His grandfather is the delegate in the Assembly in California. So maybe the family is well off.
