No, the article says that the railroads claim this. And even if true, it’s irrelevant to the current negotiation.
After biden cancelled the Keystone XL, crude oil had to be shipped by rail. A rail strike will stop the transportation of crude to refineries. Fuel prices will go up substantially.
Right before Christmas.
It looks like the dimrats and the rail unions are working together to cause more pain to all of us.
