Well, the democrat DOJ would have to arrest her. Congress does not have the authority to do that. However, it does occur to me that Trump was over the DOJ from 2017 to Jan 2021 and nothing happened. either. There were also no investigations into voter fraud which was blatant in some areas in 2016 such as Detroit and Philadelphia, but nothing was done about it.
I recall a black lady saying on camera that she was told to scan ballots 3 times in a 95% black precinct in Detroit and yet still nothing was done. Oh well.
