Hmm...I was under the impression that back in the day, each party caucus determined its representatives on each committee.

I thought Pelosi picking the Republicans on the J6 committee was a breach of precedent. Someone, please correct me if I’m wrong.

Now maybe McCarthy has told the Democrats there will be only 3 slots on the committee if Omar is on it. I suppose that would be OK.
