Democrat Adam Frisch conceded on Friday to Rep. Lauren Boebert (R) in the race for Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District, saying that an expected recount was unlikely to change the outcome of the election.
In a video call with reporters, Frisch said that he had called Boebert to offer his concession. He said that while the race appeared to be headed for a mandatory recount, “the likelihood of this recount changing more than a handful of votes is very small.”
“We are not asking for this recount. It is one that the citizens of Colorado mandate through our election system,” he said, telling supporters not to donate to his campaign for the recount effort.
“Please save your money for your groceries, your rent, your children,” he said.
In his remarks, Frisch, a former Aspen city councilman, said he was proud of the campaign he had run in a district that former President Trump carried just two years ago. But he also criticized his own party for eroding “the trust of rural Americans.”

I’m glad for her. I like her grit! Need some more like her in Congress!
If I were her I would make an acceptance and start doing the peoples business asap. Do something that’s high visibility, put a stake in the ground so in the event she comes up short on the recount she can hey my opponent has conceded and it’s over and I’m at work taking care of business.
It may have been hard for the RATS to find more completed Banana Boater Voter mail in ballots. The Swifties were all busy melting down trying to get concert tickets from Ticketmaster.
Yea, Boebert’s back. She knows how to fry bacon on the barrel of a rifle and joke with Ilhan Omar, “I think we’re okay, she’s not wearing a backpack.”

Adam Frisch could have paraphrased an old phrase with:
“Though nominated I should not have run; if elected anyway I probably won’t serve.”

The Associated Press House count still has the GOP at 218 seats. So apparently even though Frisch has conceded, the AP hasn’t.
Already had one Deb concede and win in a recount.

This is the error in analogy.
Its not the same thing.

Lauren received the overwhelming majority of the votes. The fact that she won given the massive amount of RAT and RINO vote fraud really tells us something.
Democrats redrew her district with the express purpose of destroying her. She was their number one target, and they failed. All the news reports I've seen on Boebert fail to mention her district being redrawn by the Dems.
I wouldn’t trust a recount.
Too many times “missing ballots” have been found in the backs of cars, stuck inside of the voting machinery, lost in the mail or somewhere else that the poll worker “forgot about.”
Just enough to turn tight elections as these glitches always break for the democrat candidate - but that is just a coincidence, right?
Wouldn’t surprise me if enough ballots were found for Frisch to win.
Adam Frisch cuts the vote count difference in half to around 500 votes with the final tally of votes, but concedes and doesn’t want a recount?
Seems pretty peculiar that he would be down by just a fraction of a percent, with above average momentum in his favor, with the a possibility of overtaking Boebert at the last second (the Democrat way) and then concede before the recount.
Is there something hidden that would come out in the recount?

Re-count me as ultra skeptical.
Is this political theater, and the Democrats will sheepishly accept "the will of the people" after they discover a new box of pro-Democrat ballots?
Or, are the Democrats worried that fraud will be so obvious after a recount that no one wants to kick that sleeping dog?
Guess state law requires the recount regardless? Any Colorado FReepers comments?
There have been a lot of democrats that have conceded. They always make a statement something to the effect of, “ Democracy worked, the people have spoken and accept the results of the election”. It’s a set up. Every democrat that has lost has been told to say something like that, because they know many on our side will complain about fraud when we lose. The saving democracy from the radical MAGA types was a meme the democrats/media pushed hard, and it worked in some close races. They scared the blue haired, old line republican women into either voting democrat or at least not for the radical Trump candidate (their words not mine). I have friends who did exactly that.
The Darth Vader/Nuremburg speech by Biden was all theater staged to start that meme. If you remember he attacked the radical Ultra-mega MAGA types, not ‘good’ republicans. After that you heard it over and over from democrats and the media right up until election day.
