“President Zelenski needed to determine if photos that appeared on “Facebook” were the actual photos of the 1-2 missiles that landed in Poland.”
If you recall, the information President Zelensky received from his military command was that it was not 1-2 Ukrainian missles.
Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky, called for investigations into the missile explosion in the eastern Polish village of Przewodow on Tuesday.
“The Ukrainian position is very transparent: we strive to establish all the details, every fact,” Zelensky said. “That is why we need our specialists to join the work of the international investigation and to get access to all the data available to our [NATO] partners and the site of the explosion.”
No pickles.
After ‘missile/s’ not determined to be Russian,Zelensky also expressed his condolences to Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda for the two people killed in the explosion and held a minute’s silence.
NATO Article 4 & 5 didn’t even answer Mr Radical’s original question. No confusion here. Zelensky did not feel entitled. however REQUESTED to send investigators to Poland.

Ukraine’s Defense Ministry has tried to pass off video game footage as actual IRL combat footage at LEAST three times in this conflict that I can recall. Their claims of transparency are about as worthwhile as Russia’s in my opinion.
We have no business getting involved in yet another ethnic feud between Slavic countries, and all attempts at escalating what SHOULD be a regional conflict into a wider intercontinental war should be rejected outright.
As to the geography, in theory a Russian missile struck by a Ukrainian weapon could have been travelling from north to south along that border from either Kaliningrad oblast or a Russian ship in the Baltic. It may not have entered Poland’s air space but the interception could have steered it there, or the Ukrainian shot fell within Poland. A larger war would only start if there were clear signs of organized aggression against a NATO country and not over some isolated incident even one more serious than this.
I can’t see this going on much longer. The cost of our support of Zelensky’s efforts will eventually prove to be too much and pressure will be placed on him to accept a less than ideal settlement (less than ideal from Zelensky’s point of view). Biden and the rest of NATO were idiots to go this far. That’s what they should have said in March.
