The biggest issue is the chain of custody.

The activity of “ballot harvesting” is in and of itself a violation of the spirit of electioneering laws which are alive and well in all 50 states.

I agree, any ballot without perfect chain of custody and 100% 2 vetted partisan representation is NOT A VOTE!!!
