This is mostly how the Dems cheated in NV.
After the 2020 election, Adam Laxalt, Ric Grenell, and Matt Whittaker all collected boxes of hard copy, paper evidence of these three, easy to prove voter grievances. The judge in Carson City wouldn’t even look at a single box. Took it to state the Supreme Court. Same thing.
I don’t know what the excuse was for not even looking at a single piece of evidence to clean up our voter rolls was (guessing the ever popular ‘no standing’) but here we sit in 2022 and the same problem exists and we got it taken from us again.
If you don’t have the judges or state legislatures, ya can’t even get dead people off the rolls!
Oregon’s Sec of State says she will not remove dead people from the voter rolls...
Perhaps instead of suing to get an election overturned, why not file suit against Supervisor of Elections for not performing their job and allowing a fraudulent election because of invalid voter rolls.
My believe is Judges will not rule over the outcome of an election, even if it’s fraudulent,
