De Santis announced to open his state back up a day after Kemp, our governor did. He threatened to take legal action against anyone who forced people to lose their jobs over their vaccine status until the FL legislature voted to make it illegal to mandate the vaccine. I work in Florida, so I know exactly how this played out and he saved me from HAVING to take the vaccine. he recommended it and stated that he’d taken it, but didn’t agree that the government could force people against their will to take a vaccine or lose their livelihood, that it was just wrong.
