In 1988, the crime rate in the United States rises four hundred percent. The once great city of New York becomes the one maximum security prison for the entire country. A fifty-foot containment wall is erected along the New Jersey shoreline, across the Harlem River, and down along the Brooklyn shoreline. It completely surrounds Manhattan Island. All bridges and waterways are mined. The United States Police Force, like an army, is encamped around the island. There are no guards inside the prison, only prisoners and the worlds they have made. Reminds me of a rat study decades ago. With a small population in a confined space, they got along peacefully. Then they added immigrant rats. Population exploded, limited food, and rats began assaulting each other. Then murder of rats by rats. Then cannibalism.
Are Democrats imitating this societal plan? Perhaps not intentionally...

It probably will impact black folk quite a bit since they are so intent on killing each other.
Looking at the raw statistics, it pretty much has to be said that the best way to avoid being murdered is to stay away from blacks and hispanics.

Much depends on what demographic you are in. An old white female living in a rural area will have a much smaller chance of being murdered then a young black male living in a city.
