If he wanted to be nominated for Speaker of House, there would be a problem with that, since Kevin McCarthy has already declared his intent to remain there.
If Trump addressed the issue of his namecalling and harrassing other republicans, then respectfully apologized to certain people, THEN declared his intent to run for POTUS, I might consider buying another ticket aboard the Trump Train, but I don’t expect him to do that.
If he wanted to run via a different party, that would be a disturbing shock, useful in some ways, but potentially a damaging distraction (Perot) otherwise. I don’t see that.
