Actually, it is the FedGov's so-called active shooter training. Been around quite a few years. Here's the 2009 DHS document that probably originated it although at the time it went EVACUATE, HIDE OUT, TAKE ACTION against the active shooter. That morphed into RUN HIDE FIGHT and it is taught pretty much everywhere these days.

I'm familiar with the active shooter training. Many sheriff's departments offer it free; people can have trainers come to their school, church of office. It's common sense stuff. Sheriffs (as a type of official) are not particularly woke.
