After some research this must have been a typo. only 106 votes not the thousand extra. This will be corrected at some point on Monday but it won’t affect Hassan’s win.

I know that but in order to know if the claim being made is valid you need to know the actual voting district and its population of registered voters. Using the towns population isn’t a valid measure of anything unless the town is the entire district
