Blacks ARE far away THE most racist race on the planet. Also the cause of most of the worlds slavery. In fact even today blacks today are actively practicing slavery .
yet somehow whites in North America get blamed for the entire worlds history of slavery even though hundreds of thousands died in a civil war stomping it out

Not sure about all blacks. Definitely some, and Moslem blacks would be so and just plain cruel besides.
