Pima County ( Tucson) is and has always been relatively blue. Maricopa has a high independent registration but the republican registration is distinctly higher than the rat numbers. So while she may lose a little ground in Pima she should more than make up for it in heavy Maricopa.. She knows all this obviously and that is why she is optimistic.
She is not just optimistic, she is confident. Another reason for that is that, as she encouraged her supporters to do, most of us voted in person or dropped off our ballots on Election Day. These have not even begun to be counted. When they do, it will all be over for Hidin' Katie Hobbs.
