not true at all. A machine could easily add 20% or more to a candidate, and they can manufacture and ‘harvest’ as many paper ballots as needed.

I disagree. EVERY toss up went to the rats look at something besides Trump to explain that. You can start in Nye county AZ. They were going to do a hand count along with the Dominion machines. The rats went to court and found a judge to block the hand count. Why do you suppose they would stop the hand count?
