He got some bad advice from his own hand-picked people. That is why I call these self-inflicted wounds.
Trump chose most of those who were fighting him. From day one, Reince ‘Prius’, Sessions cowardice, Pence the sleeper cell, all the way to even yesterday, endorsing Kevin McCarthy as Speaker. Even his own personal trusted attorney, Cohen, turned on him.
Trump needs to be far more picky on who he listens to and chooses to be around him.
