Registered voters get a vote-by-mail ballot in Florida if they request one. The link you threw at me says as much. READ IT.

Floridians are NOT limited to Absentee Ballots, as you claim. I am thirty seven years in Tampa as a property owner. Twelve years as a poll/precinct worker.

You are either smoking some strange stuff, an illiterate, a liar, or all of the above.

That’s what absentee ballots, you have to request a ballot, you don’t get one automatically sent to you.

What part do you not understand, requesting a ballot means absentee voting, every registered voter getting mailed a ballot is vote by mail which Florida does not have.

Bottomline, every registered voter in Florida DOES NOT get a ballot, a ballot has to be requested and that is absentee voting.

It’s really not that hard to understand.
