Moondawg hired Elias?

This tells us Moondawg knows he has no chance of winning: "Megumba nooner ballet box I don't, I don't woof aaaaawooooooo werewolves of green line harf harf ballots in the warehouse ballots in the warehouse knyuck knyuck knyuck."

He's hiring Elias to go on cable and sew doubt about Oz's +2 win. That's interesting because Elias ought to stay laying low and out-of-sight (Alfa Bank hoax, Michael Sussman indictment, questions about Sussmann's jury 'selections' and Elias's testimony), like he has since Biden was installed, given he is going to have 118th Congressional subpoenas jammed up his juxy in 60 days.

But the mere idea that Elias is going to file a Federal suit that would cert to SCOTUS almost immediately is hilarious, when the SCOTUS Conservative wing is no longer held back by Roberts from directly taking on Pennsylvania's outlaw approach to overtime ballot counting. And another thing, how much will Elias 'hang out there' for Strokegoitermann in a mid-term? If it's the one Senate seat in the balance, but if it's a argument about the 55th GOP Senate seat, as it likely will be? Sheee-it, spend your money elsewhere, Stroker.

"Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman and other Democrats have filed a federal lawsuit to strike down parts of Pennsylvania’s election law after the state Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots with incorrect dates or no dates should not be counted.Fetterman is challenging the state law on constitutional and federal statutes. He has turned to a controversial former lawyer for Hillary Clinton to seek to strike down the provision."

Zero doubt there will be cheating involved in Pennsylvania, but also zero doubt the powers that be will not fill in Fetterman. He’s just too far gone to keep the secret from slipping out.
